Glen C. Monigold - President & Chief Executive Officer
Glen Monigold has over 30 years of progressively responsible leadership and business management experience in both the domestic and international marketplaces, covering both commercial and government/defense products. A creative problem solver and innovative business strategist, he is a seasoned leader whose vision turns challenges into opportunities through analytical discernment, sound judgment, and common sense.
He holds Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in physics and mathematics from Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he graduated Summa cum Laude (1974); a Master of Science (MS) degree in nuclear/atomic physics from the University of North Texas with graduate research conducted at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory under the sponsorship of the U.S. Army (1976); and, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Washington University's nationally acclaimed John M. Olin School of Business while being sponsored by Emerson Electric Company (1990).
During his tenure in Medford, initially for Areva and subsequently remaining with Pacific Crest Transformers, Inc. (PCT) following its divestiture from Areva, he has successfully led and directed the efforts that have resulted in a marked turn-around in operational efficiency and financial performance of the Company.

Thomas Steeber - Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Tom Steeber began his career in the transformer industry in 1972. Initially an Electrical Technician at Spokane Transformer, he rose to Vice President, Technical Division before joining McGraw Edison in 1978. His position at McGraw Edison required close interfacing with the Engineering and Purchasing departments for all assigned accounts in order to insure product approval for all company products. In 1982, Mr. Steeber was Materials Manager for Square D Company, (which had acquired Spokane Transformer) and responsible for all purchasing, production control, and shipping functions.
In 1986, he joined Balteau Standard as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. 2 ½ years later he was promoted the Marketing Manager responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the company. During his employment the name of the company changed 7 times. He is now the Vice President, Marketing & Sales for Pacific Crest Transformers, Inc.

Bruce M. DeLine - Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Bruce DeLine began his career as an accountant for Plasta-Medic Inc., in Carson, California, in 1977. From 1980, he was with Balteau Standard Inc. (Medford, Oregon), becoming Vice President, Finance in 1983. With the Company now for over 28 years, Mr. DeLine has significant experience in treasury operations, risk management, purchasing of various liability and property insurance coverage, and diverse corporate reporting packages.
With a Master of Science in Business Administration degree from Southern Oregon University (1992) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton (1977), Mr. DeLine has served on the integration team of the Knowledge Based Manufacturing (KBM) mainframe cost accounting and material resource planning software package, which is still in use today. He continues to serve as a trustee of both the Company's 401K and Defined Benefit plans.

Carrie A. Holmes-Stanton - Vice President, Quality Assurance & Product Support
Carrie Holmes has held the position of Vice President, Quality Assurance & Product Support since 1997, under several different corporate banners. She has been instrumental in developing the necessary management systems to obtain all our ISO, OHSAS and Health & Safety Certifications. In 2004, she coordinated the efforts to obtain the Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) listing of the liquid-filled distribution transformers built in Medford, and also served as the point-person for the achievement of the CSA label for dry-type cast resin transformers.
A member of the American Society for Quality since 1997, and a Fellow of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Ms. Holmes has completed several Lead Auditor Courses, as well as Six Sigma Black Belt training. She has used this experience to develop corrective and preventive action programs for the company. Across her 25+ years at the company, she has held positions from Distribution Transformer Sales Engineer to Materials Controller. She holds a bachelor's degree from Scripps College of the Claremont Colleges in Claremont, California, with Phi Beta Kappa honors.

Cheryl A. Foster - Vice President, Logistics
Cheryl Foster has been with the company for over 32 years, under various corporate banners. She has held diverse positions, beginning with Production Secretary and moving to Production Control Manager, then Materials Manager, Production Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and finally her current position as Vice President, Logistics. A team player with a strong work ethic and drive for excellence, Ms. Foster has led the conversion to and implementation of the Knowledge Based Manufacturing (KBM) cost accounting and material resource planning software package in 1996.
With a Masters Degree in Business Administration with minor in Marketing from Southern Oregon College (1989), Ms. Foster has successfully managed the purchasing, material control, production scheduling, and bill of material (BOM) preparation for the start-up of a completely new product line, Traction Transformers. As VP, Logistics, she has continually improved internal processes and shortened cycle times. Ms. Foster also championed the environmental clean-up at the old Balteau Plant, and led the conversion to water-based paint systems - all of which have allowed PCT to be conditionally exempt from RCRA reporting, and be 'green' before green was 'cool'.

Donald E. Ayers - Vice President, Engineering & Manufacturing
A veteran of the transformer industry, Don Ayers has over 30 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Test. He has designed and repaired transformers from distribution size to 200 MVA and 345 kV. Starting as a design engineer with the Westinghouse Electric Corporation Medium Power Transformer Division in Sharon, Pennsylvania, he has moved into design engineering management, supported sales, and has been Quality Engineering Manager, Quality Control Manager and Test Manager.
As a vice president with the company, Mr. Ayers guides the Engineering function as it migrates from a historical rectangular-coil/wound-core transformer design technology to the newer, more robust round-coil/stacked-core design technology. He leads the Manufacturing function in learning and advancing their ability to build the new design transformers while improving both their output and efficiencies. Mr. Ayers holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University. He obtained his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh while being sponsored by Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Janie Carr - Vice President, Human Resources
Janie Carr has a diverse background, having worked for a law firm, a bank, and for the past 18 years, in manufacturing. Ms. Carr began her career in Human Resources by preparing payroll for a fruit-processing company. Her duties were quickly expanded, and she was soon promoted to HR Assistant. Ms. Carr was hired in 1995 by GEC Alsthom, predecessor several times removed to Pacific Crest Transformers, Inc., to manage their HR Department.
Ms. Carr is a member of Society of Human Resource Management and a Notary Public for the State of Oregon.
