PCT to Attend NWPPA Engineering and Operations Conference and Trade Show

The NWPPA Engineering & Operations Conference and Trade Show, the largest conference and trade show for public power utilities in the west, will be held from March 29 to April 2, 2010. Organized by the North West Public Power Association (NWPPA), the event promises to be an interesting congregation of utility engineering, operations personnel, as well as those in purchasing, environmental, information technology, accounting, finance, etc.

The theme for this year's conference is "Spurring on the Future of Public Power" and that certainly fits the times.

With more than three days of events scheduled, the NWPPA E&O Conference and Trade Show provides a mix of education and networking, along with a host of exhibits that can help companies get on top of the challenges they face.

Planning to play a prominent role there is Pacific Crest Transformers (PCT).

Pacific Crest Transformers has nearly a century of experience manufacturing a range of customized, energy-efficient transformers for industry verticals like mining, steel, petrochemicals and more; and PCT is already starting to play a pivotal role in leading-edge sectors like wind energy.

At the NWPPA E&O Conference and Trade Show, PCT hopes to talk to prospective clients and peers about:

  • Recent innovations in transformers and, specifically, offerings for the renewable energy sector
  • Compliance related developments in the transformer sector
  • Small power, disk wound transformers for substation applications

Be there for the NWPPA E&O Conference and Trade Show - and don’t forget to drop by at the PCT Exhibit at booth 622.
