Pacific Crest Announces a Changing of the Guard
Pacific Crest Transformers announces a changing of the guard in its marketing and sales leadership, as veteran transformer industry expert Thomas Steeber, Vice President, Marketing & Sales, retires effective April 15th. Tom is handling over the reins to Curt Collins, who has been serving as Director of Sales.
Tom has had a 40-year career in the transformer industry, starting out in 1972 as an electrical technician at Spokane Transformer. He has been with PCT and its legacy companies for 25 years. Originally the company’s Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Tom rose to marketing manager in 1990 and assumed the role of VP of Marketing & Sales about 20 years ago.
In retirement, Tom hopes to continue his love affair with the outdoors and will be back packing and mountain climbing until such time as he cannot walk.
“I’ve had a fantastic time working with a great group of people at Pacific Crest, and I’m especially gratified to be able to turn the keys over to Curt as the industry begins what I hope will be a big upswing,” said Tom.
